Apparel that performs
as powerfully as
the women who wear it.

LEO 97 is designing apparel for women in investigative and protection roles — with movement, fit, and concealment built in from the start.

Why This Exists

For years, women in investigative and protection roles have relied on oversized clothing, expensive alterations, and constant workarounds. Because no one had built a better solution. Until LEO 97.

Tina Bohling, Founder of LEO 97 Founder

LEO 97 was founded by Tina Bohling, a retired Special Agent. She didn’t observe this problem from a distance. She worked around it for decades.

The workaround wasn’t a personal fit issue. It was a design failure — systemic and completely unaddressed. No brand had built this. So she did.

She built something that had never existed — professional apparel already modified for concealed carry. A woman who wears a size 6 buys a size 6. No tailor required.

Inspired by the first.
Made for the next.

LEO 97 is named in honor of Marie Owens — Badge #97 — one of America’s first female law enforcement officers with arrest authority.

At a time when few women were given that opportunity, she stepped forward with courage and forever redefined what was possible for women in law enforcement.

That spirit is the foundation of LEO 97 — a brand built to honor those who led first, and to serve those who lead now.

Professional. Polished.
Already modified for concealed carry.
For years, no one built this.
Now someone has.

Development & Partnerships

LEO 97 is in the design phase. The concept is defined. The demand is real.

We bring the concept, a founder who spent decades living the problem, and direct access to an underserved market. The right partner brings technical construction and manufacturing capability. Together, this moves from concept to market.
